Terms of service

1. What We Provide

As an Independent Contractor, we provide custom digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Social Media Graphics;
  • Website Design;
  • Logos and brand graphics;
  • Marketing visuals;
  • Written content such as articles or products;
  • Educational courses.

All work is delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

2. How Orders Work

  • After purchase, you may be asked to provide content, details, or further instructions needed to complete your order.
  • Work begins After all required information is provided to us from you.
  • Delivery times are estimations and may vary depending on the size of the project and response time.
  • This section (Section 2) does not apply to any educational courses, which are delivered upon payment.

3. Revisions

  • Each package includes a limited number of revisions as stated on the product page.
  • Revisions mean small adjustments, not a full redesign or rewrite.
  • Additional revisions or major changes may require an extra fee.

4. Usage Rights

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the designs or content as standalone products.
  • You may not claim authorship or copyright of the work.
  • Once your order is completed and delivered, you are granted the right to use the final delivered work for your business, marketing, and promotional purposes excluding any courses or digital downloads.
  • Source files (such as editable design files) are not included unless specifically stated in your package.

5. Free Samples

  • Free samples, previews, or mockups are provided for evaluation only.
  • Free samples may be watermarked, low-resolution, or partial.
  • Free samples may not be used for commercial purposes.

6. Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are not offered once work has begun.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • If you change your mind after work has started, no refund is provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to complete your project;
  • Respond in a reasonable time to questions or revision requests;
  • Review and approve work in a timely manner;
  • Delays in response may delay delivery;
  • This section (Section 7) is not applicable to any educational courses.

8. Ownership and Portfolio Use

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Any third-party logos, images, or content you provide remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • How you use the delivered work;
  • Any business results, sales, or performance;
  • Any losses caused by misuse of the delivered content or designs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
