Choose your design and / or the number of graphics you need (1-30) and securely complete checkout.

2. Provide Your Details

After purchase, you will receive instructions to send:

• Logo (if applicable)
• Brand colors or style direction
• Text / content for each post (if applicable)
• All images you wish to be included
• The number of concept or styles
• Examples of styles you prefer (optional)

Work will begin once we receive the requested content.

3. Design & Preview

Your graphics are created to match your brand and marketing goals. You will receive a preview within the listed turnaround goal (see below).

4. Revisions

Each graphic or design includes revisions. Revisions include minor text edits, color adjustments, or layout refinements. Major redesigns are treated as new orders.

5. Final Delivery

After approval, you'll receive:

• top quality PNG files (unless otherwise preferred)
• Tailored for your selected social media platform
• delivered via electronic mail (email)

No physical products are shipped!

There is a "Free Sample" section under the drop down menu at the Top Left corner of this page. Select this option and choose your graphic or design. All samples will be watermarked and subject to applicable laws regarding intellectual property. The sample will not be a finished product, but a visual to assure that you are satisfied with our abilities before commitment.

Due to the fact that each design is handcrafted, there is no return policy. However, we offer one free sample before any commitment is made. This is more like a "Try it before you buy it" scenario. We also offer at least one revision for every graphic or design.

This will depend on the complexity of the graphics or designs you request and how long you take to respond to the requests sent to your email regarding your preferences for your order (logo, brand colors, number of concept styles, etc.). We will send the requests or email within 24 hours or less of your payment; this is likely to be much sooner. You must respond to this email before work begins. Free samples, individual graphics, or logo designs will typically be complete within 24 - 72 hours or less. Bundles of 10 and 15 graphics can take around 3 - 5 business days or less. Bundles of 20 or 30 graphics can take around 7 business days or less. Website design is a bit more tedious and can take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks depending on the scale of your business. If we cannot meet these deadlines, you will be informed ahead of time. But rest assure, we aim for swiftness and quality.
